1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping or fulfilment process.
2. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable return/refund process.
3. COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated refusal or rejection of confirmed orders may affect our ability to provide COD services to the customer in the future.
4. Refund for Cancelled Prepaid Orders
If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the applicable refund will be initiated through the relevant payment method.
5. Cancellation by Khaliyat
Khaliyat may cancel an order in circumstances such as:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or listing information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Invalid customer information
- Delivery restrictions
- Operational or legal reasons
If payment has already been received, the applicable amount will be refunded where appropriate.
